Shipping & Pre-Orders


Pre-Ordered Items

Domestic orders that contain pre-ordered items will be split into two shipments. All available items will ship within our normal shipping times, and all pre-ordered items will ship by the estimated date given on the product page. 

International orders that contain pre-ordered items, will be held in full until the pre-ordered item(s) is in stock and is available to ship. Estimated ship dates for pre-ordered items can be found on product page.

Please note that the pre-order ship date given on the product page is an estimate, and shipping dates are subject to change in rare instances.

All pre-orders require full payment at checkout to reserve your item. If you wish to cancel your pre-order before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment.



Order Info / Updates

Once your order is placed, you will be redirected to an order status page that you can refer back to at any time. Please take note of your Order Number, as we will require this to look into any customer service issues you may have. You will also immediately receive a confirmation email, and then subsequent notification emails as soon as your order ships, is out for delivery, and is finally delivered.

Package Lost / Stolen / Damaged

If a package has been delivered to the shipping address that you provided at checkout, we are not responsible if that package is lost or stolen after delivery. We understand that having a package taken from your porch is frustrating, however it is the customer's responsibility to know typical delivery times of postal workers in your neighborhood, and make sure someone is home to receive the package.

Please choose the correct shipping method if you have concerns of package theft or loss. Our Free Shipping option is provided by USPS, which does not include comprehensive insurance or signature confirmation. If you would like these safeguards added to your shipment, we suggest choosing FedEx at checkout.

If your package is lost in transit (very rare) this is the carrier's responsibility. In this case you may reach out to USPS or FedEx directly for assistance. If your package was insured, send us an email right away at and we can file a claim.

If you have not received a shipping notification for your order after 30 days, please reach out to us at or via our chat portal. 


Where We Ship

We ship anywhere in the United States and most International countries. Orders ship from our Los Angeles warehouse.

Orders will ship within 3 business days, often sooner. Express shipping options will be shipped same day if placed before Noon PST during normal sales volume periods. During high-volume sales periods, your order may take up to 5 business days to ship. We appreciate your patience for our small business!

Please note that we do not ship on weekends or US holidays.

DISCLAIMER: Any expedited US shipping deals (including, but not limited to, Free FedEx 2-Day Shipping on US orders over $200) apply to In Stock items only. Orders containing pre-order items will be split, and the in-stock items will ship promptly. Held pre-order items will ship with our standard USPS Priority shipping once items are available.

We cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected time frame, as estimated delivery dates are used as a guide only. We can also not be held responsible for any delays, missing, lost or stolen packages sent by our couriers, once it has left our facility. If there is an issue with your delivery please contact your courier service directly.

International Shipping

We use FedEx carrier for International shipments. We currently offer USPS International Shipping at a reduced price for the following countries: Canada, Great Britain, Australia & Switzerland.  
Vanessa Mooney Jewelry is not responsible for any lost packages through your Country's Postal Service. 

Standard International Shipping is free for orders $200 and above, however this does not include duties or import fees (see below for more details). For orders below that, rates are calculated at checkout and can vary widely depending on the address and rate chosen. We offer an economy rate and an expedited rate.

Jewelry can sometimes be delayed going through customs, which may add time to your delivery.

All customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay. Duties and taxes vary by country. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding the duty fee for your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes returns, package rejection upon arrival and/or failure to pay duty fees.

If a package is returned to us due to the customer refusing to pay duties, the customer is responsible for the duty fees of import back to the US. We will refund you for your order minus the duty fees
