I bought this and a silk version as well and the satin version was much larger for some reason while the silk one fit perfectly. I took in the shoulder straps and had to shorten the length. still super cute.

I also have the Elisabeth Romper Dress in black in size Medium which is more form fitting on me (the waist area could be slightly taken in and straps slightly shortened for a more perfect/molded fit though). I ordered size Medium in the Ivory, but for some reason the Ivory runs very large maybe because the material is lighter. Had to exchange for a Small and it's still rather loose on me. Going to keep it because it's still so cute, but will have the waist and straps altered. For reference I am a 30G-27-38, 5'5 and 140 pounds.
