LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Contact the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc). If your package is lost in transit, it is the carrier's responsibility. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance. If your package was insured you can initiate a claim with them.
  • We recommend being aware of typical delivery times in your area and ensuring someone is available to receive the package.
  • For added security against theft or loss, choose the appropriate shipping method. Our standard option, USPS Ground Advantage does not include comprehensive insurance or signature confirmation. If you prefer these protections, consider selecting a FedEx option during checkout.
  • If you haven't received a shipping notification within 30 days of placing your order, please contact us at support@vanessamooney.com. 

Where We Ship

  • We ship nationwide across the United States and to most international destinations from our warehouse in California, USA.
  • Orders ship USPS Ground, unless you select another option. USPS Ground typically ships 2 business days within CA, and about 3-5 business days to other states. During peak sales periods, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to ship. We appreciate your understanding as a small team!
  • Please note, we do not ship on weekends or US holidays.
  • For US orders totaling $250 or more, a signature may be required upon delivery.
  • International Customers: We now offer discounted DHL Worldwide and UPS Shipping for safe, fast, and reliable international delivery. You can select this option at checkout.

Shipping Fees

  • Orders $300 or more are eligible for free shipping. Otherwise, we do not provide free shipping or return labels.
  • Orders under $300 are charged a $9.99 shipping and handling fee. 
  • Returns require a $9.99 return shipping and handling fee.
  • Exchanges require a $9.99 return shipping and handling fee. 

Disclaimers

Made to Order/Pre-Order: Expedited shipping such FedEx 2 Day or FedEx Overnight apply exclusively to products in-stock. Orders with both pre-order and in-stock items will be divided, so you can expect two separate shipments. We will ship in-stock items promptly and Pre-Order items will ship via our standard USPS Ground shipping once available. Visit the product page to see the estimated wait for your Pre-Order item.

Delivery Timeline: We cannot guarantee exact delivery within estimated time frames, as these are approximate. Our responsibility ends once packages leave our facility, and we are not liable for delays, lost, or stolen packages. For delivery issues, please contact your courier directly.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We use DHL, FedEx and UPS for international shipments. 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination and chosen service. We offer economy and expedited rates where available.

Please note: Jewelry may experience customs delays, affecting delivery times.

All customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility. Fees vary by country; contact your local customs office for details. Shipping costs are non-refundable, including for returns, rejected packages, or unpaid duties.

If a package is returned due to unpaid duties, the customer covers the return duty fees. We will refund your order minus these fees.

Ensure your address is correct; Vanessa Mooney Jewelry is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Holiday Shipping Cut-off

All orders must be placed by 12 PM PST for guaranteed delivery by the below dates. Vanessa Mooney is not responsible for delays due to local disruptions or weather systems.

  • International Express: Monday, December 9th
  • Standard Ground: Friday, December 13th
  • 2-Day Express: Thursday, December 19th
  • Overnight Express: Friday, December 20th
