Welcome to Wholesale Direct by Vanessa Mooney!
As we move our business more and more into the digital space, I didn’t want you, our amazing retail outlets, to get left behind. You should be able to get immediates when you need it. Giving you direct access through our web portal with current inventory is best way for us to deliver that to you.

As an approved vendor you automatically receive our wholesale discount of 55% OFF Retail on all orders placed through our website.
If you don’t have a wholesale account with Vanessa Mooney, please email us at wholesale@vanessamooney.com so we can make one for you.
So here are the quick steps to set up your account.
- Go to https://vanessamooney.com/account/login
- If you know your password, login and shop away! If you don't, move on to step 3
- If you've never logged in before, click "create account".
- Use the email address that this email went to.
- You will then receive an activation email. Click the button in it to activate.
- Finally, you will receive another email confirming your account is now active. Now login and shop away!

MINIMUM ORDERS FOR IMMEDIATES:
The minimum order is $200 at wholesale pricing (which means your cart must reach $440 at retail pricing to trigger the discount). There is no minimum item count. All items and quantities are subject to availability. We are constantly restocking. If an item you want is Sold Out add yourself to the waitlist and you will be informed when it is back in stock. Items are also available for Pre-Order. Pre-ordered items will ship separately.

Click check out. Quantities may be adjusted automatically based on available stock.
SHIPPING:
We offer Free Shipping on Wholesale orders over $500.
RETURNS & REPAIRS:
No Returns on any wholesale web orders, unless item is delivered defective.
No repairs or returns from customers. No credits.
Please contact support@vanessamooney.com for any concerns regarding a defective piece you receive and we will immediately handle it for you with a repair, refund or replacement.
LARGER FUTURE ORDERS:
If you would like to place a larger order not available through the site, for immediates or future collections, or need to see line sheets for our upcoming drops and collection. Email us at wholesale@vanessamooney.com
Wholesale Minimums
$1000 USD per order plus 5 units per style and color.
All sales are subject to availability of merchandise and credit approval from Vanessa Mooney.
Requests for cancellations are subject to Vanessa Mooney approval and cannot be guaranteed. Orders may not be modified once they are placed. Requests for modifications are subject to Vanessa Mooney approval and cannot be guaranteed. Orders typically deliver 6-8 weeks from original date of order.
Placing Large wholesale orders
Email your order to wholesale@vanessamooney.com Our team will process it and a copy of the order will be emailed to you for confirmation.
Payments
All payments must be paid in full before the items ship. Vanessa Mooney does not store credit card information. The customer will receive a link via email for payment once the order is ready to ship. Customer has 5 business days to make the payment to avoid order cancelation. Orders exceeding $3000 are eligible for Net terms under conditions approved by Vanessa Mooney.
Shipping
All orders placed by a domestic customer within the continental United States shall be shipped via FedEx at the customer's expense unless authorized by a Vanessa Mooney team representative in writing. Shipping fee will be added to the order before being charged.
Vanessa Mooney ships all domestic orders via FedEx only. Any other carrier must be authorized by Vanessa Mooney in writing. Vanessa Mooney does not ship Wholesale orders via USPS.
International customers are responsible for customs and duties and any related import fees for all orders. Vanessa Mooney is not responsible for any of these fees.
All orders placed by any other international customer must be charged to the shipping account provided by the customer. Vanessa Mooney will accept and ship using DHL, FedEx or UPS account numbers for international orders.
MSRP
Our suggested retail price is 2.2x from the Wholesale price.
Returns & Repairs
All damages or inconsistencies must be reported within 48 hours of receiving goods.
All repairs require an authorized RA# and must be shipped within 5 business days of RA request and approval. Any repairs sent in without an authorized RA# will be returned at customer’s expense.
We do not accept Returns or Exchanges otherwise unless approved through Vanessa Mooney.
Jewelry Information Content & Marketing Images Available through the Website:
All Jewelry information is located on the product page of our website.
Wholesalers may use product images, model images & any other images from our website. They can be pulled directly from the website.
