Features a limited Edition Black Satin & Vintage Polka Dot Mesh Ruffle Skirt. Elastic waist with a tiny black bow. Ultra Mini Length. Can be worn high- waisted or low- waisted. Made from discarded & re-purposed fabrics out of Downtown Los Angeles. Sewn by a small family run factory in LA. This skirt is an adorable mix of flirty femininity and divine silky comfort. Cut perfectly at the most delightful spots, to show a little leg or midriff. You'll feel like re-watching Empire Records and kissing from rooftops.
